This section gives you an insight into the various types of visits which we in the Defence Section host. The month of September 2000 has seen many visitors to these shores. Most notably that being of the visit by three ships from the UK Royal Navy, Naval Task Group 2000 (NTG 2000). Images from the visit can be seen here The Royal British Legion also visited Korea this month. Their party consisted of Veterans, widows and relatives who were visiting Korea for the first time. Images from their visit to the United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Pusan can be seen here The Band of the Corps of the Royal Engineers were invited to participate in an International Military Tattoo during the period 2-10 October 2000. The Band also performed at a reception at the British Embassy. Images from that evening can be seen here |
